Our Ardnamurchan Sherry Cask release is a rich, decadent combination of Oloroso and Pedro Ximenez matured whiskies, and peated and unpeated distillates. We think this will be a real crowd pleaser. We have chosen a bottling strength of 50% which is delivering a classy texture, full-flavour and allows for a chunky yield. The outturn is 13,998 bottles worldwide.

60% Unpeated and 40% Peated casks is used in this batch.

TASTINGNOTES:
Nose
Murray mint, bonfire on the beach, salted peanut ice-cream, tomato stalks, Brazil nut and sundried tomatoes.
Palate
Tarry rope, bung cloth, smoky bacon, old tractor shed, peanut brittle, sticky spare-ribs.
Finish
Crashing waves, sea-salt, bothy fireplace and cigar shop.

Tastingnotes

Mångfacetterad i sina väl sammansatta doft och smaknoter. Tjärapastiller, orientaliska kryddinstick, mynta och cigarrtobak sätter ödmjuk prägel i en fruktighet där vi spårar viol, mogna äpplen, citrus, karamelliserade körsbär, fikon, persika, choklad och nyanserade vaniljnoter.
